BATCH 009 we distill this whiskey from wheat grown in the valley between the Talkeetna and Chugach mountain ranges and barley grown in Alaska’s rugged interior. once matured, we blend this spirit with the purest water and whiskey from the lower 48. never chill-filtered, the result is a frontier-crafted whiskey that only a few will get to discover.

NOSE – oak, toasted sugar, orange peel, baking spices, subtle malt

TASTE - black pepper, cinnamon, cherry, almond, allspice, toasted marshmallow, pecan, oak, honey, cedar, ripe apple

FINISH- lingering peppered oak, cooling clove, toffee, toasted almond, orange peel, warm baking spice, praline
